Hello Rice Raiders!
My name is Jordan Zbranek and I am excited to be serving as the Assistant Principal for Rice Junior High School. I am coming to Rice CISD after serving 5 years in Cleveland ISD as a Section 504 Campus Coordinator at both the elementary and high school levels. Prior to that role I taught math for Cleveland ISD and Montgomery ISD.
I graduated from Huntsville High School and owe it to all of those amazing teachers for igniting my desire to be an educator. I then became a Bearkat at Sam Houston State University where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. In 2015, I earned my Master's Degree in Education Administration from The University of St. Thomas-Houston.
I am married to Grady Zbranek and we have 2 beautifully wild boys named Kasen (5) and Tallen (3)! It was our desire to raise our boys in the country that brought us closer to my husband's hometown of El Campo. We are excited to finally plant our roots in this area. I am overjoyed to be a part of Rice Junior High School and look forward to serving the families of Rice Consolidated ISD!
My motto everyday is...
-Beam positivity
-Embolden others
-Be a teammate
