Hello Raider Family!

 

My name is Lisa Hoelscher, and I am the Assistant Principal at Rice Consolidated Junior High. I am excited to continue my journey with the Rice family and look forward to supporting our students, staff, and community in this new role.

 

After graduating from Deer Park High School, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education with a minor in Secondary Education from Sam Houston State University in 2003. I began my career in education in 2004 with Temple ISD. Over the years, I have continued to grow professionally by earning Master’s degrees in Teacher Leadership, School Counseling, and Administration from Lamar University.

 

Outside of school, I cherish time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents of three children, all of whom are graduates of Rice Consolidated. Our roots in this community make this role especially meaningful to me.

Since joining Rice, I have had the privilege of serving our students as both a teacher and a counselor. I am passionate about education and committed to helping students reach their full potential. I am excited to work with teachers, families and our communities to create a positive and successful educational experience for all.
